Blame Not God
According to the Urantia Book the Brotherhood of man and the Fatherhood of God is the philosophy that other more advanced worlds of light and life follow, where there are no wars and no one starves. Our level of development on a scale of civilizations would be considered relatively primitive. Indeed, we have some more growing up to do but as we come to understand more about how to cure our suicidal tendencies as a civilization, the way forward will become much more plausible. When all the hate in the world has been exhausted from the seemingly endless wars and the destruction caused by the influence of the greedy few has taken it’s toll on all of humanity, maybe then will the philosophy of love begin to take root in the hearts of men and become a chosen way of life.
But every so often someone will come along and say …if there is a God, why does he allow all the sufferings in the world to occur?
More than often people blame God for the things that we are responsible for doing. God is not responsible for the child that starves to death in a war torn state somewhere on the other side of the world. It is because of our self created capitalistic money chasing societies. God is not responsible for the choices that we make as human beings individually or collectively. If that were the case we would be without will. This is our world and we are responsible for what happens to us, if we want to continue to allow people to build empires through premeditated wars while others starve to death…we are the ones to blame not God.
