God answers man’s prayer by giving him an increased revelation of truth, an enhanced appreciation of beauty, and an augmented concept of goodness. Prayer is a subjective gesture, but it contacts with mighty objective realities on the spiritual levels of human experience; it is a meaningful reach by the human for superhuman values. It is the most potent spiritual-growth stimulus.

Words are irrelevant to prayer; they are merely the intellectual channel in which the river of spiritual supplication may chance to flow. The word value of a prayer is purely autosuggestive in private devotions and sociosuggestive in group devotions. God answers the soul’s attitude, not the words.

Prayer is not a technique of escape from conflict but rather a stimulus to growth in the very face of conflict. Pray only for values, not things; for growth, not for gratification. Urantia Book  Paper 91

The mortal-mind transcripts and the active creature-memory patterns as transformed from the material levels to the spiritual are the individual possession of the detached Thought Adjusters; these spiritized factors of mind, memory, and creature personality are forever a part of such Adjusters. The creature mind-matrix and the passive potentials of identity are present in the morontia soul intrusted to the keeping of the seraphic destiny guardians. And it is the reuniting of the morontia-soul trust of the seraphim and the spirit-mind trust of the Adjuster that reassembles creature personality and constitutes resurrection of a sleeping survivor.

Personally, I am looking forward to the arrival of the army of Nebedon and all the celestial beings in Gods Kingdom. Beautiful ships spread out across the sky…I suppose in a way  I am already there. Already visualizing my future life not only on earth in this form but also in the  morontial body form in the next life awakening…the Bible uses the word resurrection while the Urantia Book terms it in a more technical way…the reassembly of the sleeping survivor. Call it what you like the point is life continues if you choose to survive. I know where my destiny is and I understand my purpose which is to become perfect in God. My search is over and my never ending journey has begun…

I bought this laptop years ago from the shopping channel. It was and still is the only computer I ever had. After learning how to get started on the Internet through my friend I began my search…at that point I did not know about the Saturn Earth Connection or the Urantia Book…and God was something only a Reverend or a Priest could really know about, you had to be someone real special to know God…at least that’s what I thought at the time.

When the mind believes God and the soul knows God, and when, with the fostering Adjuster, they all desire God, then is survival assured. Limitations of intellect, curtailment of education, deprivation of culture, impoverishment of social status, even inferiority of the human standards of morality resulting from the unfortunate lack of educational, cultural, and social advantages, cannot invalidate the presence of the divine spirit in such unfortunate and humanly handicapped but believing individuals. The indwelling of the Mystery Monitor constitutes the inception and insures the possibility of the potential of growth and survival of the immortal soul.”

That same night I was sitting on the balcony and looking out at the night sky, I had a piece of paper and I wrote the following:

When I had wrote that poem little did I realize that I was talking about the final amalgamation between the human self and the divine presence, the ultimate fusion that occurs between the thought adjuster and the willing soul…

 The Adjuster is an absolute essence of an infinite being imprisoned within the mind of a finite creature which, depending on the choosing of such a mortal, can eventually consummate this temporary union of God and man and veritably actualize a new order of being for unending universe service.

Adam and Eve arrived on Urantia, from the year A.D. 1934, 37,848 years ago. It was in midseason when the Garden was in the height of bloom that they arrived. At high noon and unannounced, the two seraphic transports, accompanied by the Jerusem personnel intrusted with the transportation of the biologic uplifters to Urantia, settled slowly to the surface of the revolving planet in the vicinity of the temple of the Universal Father. All the work of rematerializing the bodies of Adam and Eve was carried on within the precincts of this newly created shrine. And from the time of their arrival ten days passed before they were re-created in dual human form for presentation as the world’s new rulers. They regained consciousness simultaneously. The Material Sons and Daughters always serve together. It is the essence of their service at all times and in all places never to be separated. “Though you will probably never understand the fact of such an inexplicable transaction, you will sometime experientially know the truth of it if you do not reject the plan of mortal survival.” -Urantia Book     

As the Urantia Book points out, it is not who you are now that matters so much as what you are striving to be that is more important and ultimately what you shall become in eternity…receptivity and capacity are measured on an individual basis… when symbol concepts are placed in fixed patterns with the intention to formulate language as in this case the English language, to employ such method of communication requires one to conform to the limits and boundaries given there in and as a result of this, divine understanding can sometimes become limited in it’s administration as it is filtered through the narrow canals of human understanding.    Post Resurrection

All surviving mortals who reawaken on the mansion worlds belong to this class.     Urantia Book Paper 30   30:4.7

The physical body of mortal flesh is not a part of the reassembly of the sleeping survivor; the physical body has returned to dust. The seraphim of assignment sponsors the new body, the morontia form, as the new life vehicle for the immortal soul and for the indwelling of the returned Adjuster. The Adjuster is the custodian of the spirit transcript of the mind of the sleeping survivor. The assigned seraphim is the keeper of the surviving identity–the immortal soul–as far as it has evolved. And when these two, the Adjuster and the seraphim, reunite their personality trusts, the new individual constitutes the resurrection of the old personality, the survival of the evolving morontia identity of the soul. Such a reassociation of soul and Adjuster is quite properly called a resurrection, a reassembly of personality factors; but even this does not entirely explain the reappearance of the surviving personality.Though you will probably never understand the fact of such an inexplicable transaction, you will sometime experientially know the truth of it if you do not reject the plan of mortal survival.

Today I had this interesting experience, for a moment in time I heard whispered words in my mind or my being, the voice from inside said the following…the holy spirit indwells you…and when this happened I felt a little light headed and dizzy. Fortunately, I was already sitting on the couch and interestingly enough the time was 1:17 p.m…

A little while later as I was working on the computer I suddenly felt a need to write something and this post is the result of that need being fulfilled. This is what I wrote:

The holy spirit will teach you and show you things, let the spirit lead you, yes it is true what you heard in your ear, those whispers of the spirit informing you of your place in heaven, you shall be brought back with those beautiful angels that  surround you right now. Be patient in all that you do and be of good cheer, because you have been chosen to work with us too. We know your hearts desires and we are always by your side …we love you….

But the problem is that when I had finished writing the whole thing and read it through it began to feel more like a dictation…almost as though the inspiration has come from a higher source, it feels as though something else has used my body to write this post. 

It is true that I spend a lot of time contemplating God, and it is also true that I want to be of service in the kingdom of heaven  from right here on earth.

Personally, I think this might be my first direct confirmation from the divine world acknowledging my sonship in the kingdom of heaven… through some kind of telepathic communication, I suppose.

Faith Sons of God  Urantia Book Paper 40

“Behold, what manner of love the Father has bestowed upon us that we should be called the sons of God.” “As many as received him, to them gave he the power to recognize that they are the sons of God.”

While “it does not yet appear what you shall be,” even now “you are the faith sons of God”; “for you have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you have received the spirit of sonship, whereby you cry, `our Father.’” Spoke the prophet of old in the name of the eternal God: “Even to them will I give in my house a place and a name better than sons; I will give them an everlasting name, one that shall not be cut off.”

 “And because you are sons, God has sent forth the spirit of his Son into your hearts.”

I can still remember way back as a child someone at church once told me that there was a book of life, everything I do is recorded there. When I should die and get to heaven this book of life will be opened up for judgement and determination to see what I have done for my soul…at the time my thoughts were ya right…a book of life …

In some way not fully understood, the Universal Censors are able to gain possession of an epitome of the human life as it is embodied in the Adjuster’s duplicate transcription of the spiritual values and morontia meanings of the indwelt mind. The Censors are able to appropriate the Adjuster’s version of the deceased human’s survival character and spiritual qualities, and all this data, together with the seraphic records, is available for presentation at the time of the adjudication of the individual concerned. This information is also used to confirm those superuniverse mandates which make it possible for certain ascenders immediately to begin their morontia careers, upon mortal dissolution to proceed to the mansion worlds ahead of the formal termination of a planetary dispensation.
