Acts 2:38
Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins.
And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
My baptism experience:
My eyes were closed as I went into the water
I felt as though I was engulfed in an
invisible spiritual mist
inside of
me and around my being. I felt the boldness of conviction from deep inside; a kind of confidence and inner strength that I cannot put into words. More than often I feel a kind of
spiritual emotion that overwhelms me
with an over powering urge to pray. I speak with God
in deep contemplation
through
prayer,
spirit enters my body coming in through my breath then fills my soul to the point of incredible ecstasy.
During my baptism I saw and heard
angels
coming down from from above through a shining light that looked like a tunnel. I felt my right hand being held up high by an angel as the Holy spirit filled my heart and soul to the point where it used my body to scream out the name of Jesus.Trembling uncontrollably I was slowly helped out of the baptism chambers and lead down the stairs.
