The superuniverse and Paradise-

Havona broadcasts are received on Jerusem in liaison with Salvington and by a technique involving the polar crystal, the sea of glass.

In addition to provisions for the reception of these extra-Nebadon communications, there are three distinct groups of receiving stations.  These separate but tricircular groups of stations are adjusted to the reception of broadcasts from the local worlds, from the constellation headquarters, and from the capital of the local universe.

All these broadcasts are automatically displayed so as to be discernible by all types of beings present in the central broadcast amphitheater

of all preoccupations for an ascendant mortal on Jerusem, none is more engaging and engrossing than that of listening in on the never-ending stream of universe space reports.

This Jerusem broadcast-receiving station is encircled by an enormous amphitheater, constructed of scintillating materials largely unknown on Urantia and seating over five billion beings—material and morontia—besides accommodating innumerable spirit personalities. 

It is the favorite diversion for all Jerusem to spend their leisure at the

broadcast station,

there to learn of the welfare and state of the universe. And this is the only planetary activity which is not slowed down during the recession of light.At this broadcast-receiving amphitheater the Salvington messages are coming in continuously. Near by, the Edentia word of the Most High Constellation Fathers is received at least once a day. Periodically the regular and special broadcasts of Uversa are relayed through Salvington, and when Paradise messages are in reception, the entire population is assembled around the sea of glass, and the Uversa friends add the reflectivity phenomena to the technique of the Paradise broadcast so that everything heard becomes visible. And it is in this manner that continual foretastes of advancing beauty and grandeur are afforded the mortal  survivors as they journey inward on the eternal adventure.

The broadcasts of Paradise, the superuniverses, and the local universes are under the general supervision of this group of thought conservers. They serve as censors and editors as well as co-ordinators of the broadcast material, making a superuniverse adaptation of all Paradise broadcasts and adapting and translating the broadcasts of the Ancients of Days into the individual tongues of the local universes.

must also be modified for reception by the systems and the individual planets.The transmittal of these space reports is carefully supervised, and there is always a back registry to insure the proper reception of every report on every world in a given circuit. In such a way comfort will come to many. As Spirit, the Mother Spirit is removed, removing herself, she is not removing herself without allowing forth the personal guardians

to seek out and find 

as many as possible. Urantia mortals are entitled to regard themselves as being the sons of God because:

A Creator Son of God became one of you;

he is your elder brother in fact; and if in spirit you become truly related brothers of Christ, the victorious Michael, then in spirit must you also be sons of that Father which you have in common—even the Universal Father of all.

You are sons because the spirit of a Son has been poured out upon you, has been freely and certainly bestowed upon

 all Urantia races.

This spirit ever draws you toward the divine Son, who is its source, and toward the Paradise Father, who is the source of that divine Son.

Of his divine free-willness, the Universal Father has given you your creature personalities. You have been endowed with a measure of that divine spontaneity of freewill action which God shares with all who may become his sons.

Is there a God?

Michael shares his perspective of the seven psychic circles 

Note: Michael counts his circles from 7th down to the first- Urantia Book counts up 1st to the 7th. 

 If his knowledge had come from a book source, then his counting of the circles would have been the same as the book not completely the opposite. 

I believe this is because Michael is telling his story from an experiential point of view; he was not merely reciting something he read in a book, he was remembering an experience he had with them.

Being saved as the Christians use the term, survival of the soul is our decision to make; we can choose to believe in Christ and understand how it is possible to attain eternal life or reject the ascension plan and commit cosmic suicide. We have been given an existence to dwell within a body; to move about through our reality in life. But these  material bodies are merely transient life machines. We are multi-dimensional creatures. We can experience different levels of reality  beyond the dimensions of time and space transcending the human creature becoming something more; but yes “we shall all be changed in the twinkling of an eye”for those who develop there soul and

choose to survive.

This is the ascension plan, the way, the truth, and the life eternal that Jesus was talking about that he promised for those who had faith.

inter-relationship

of human divine association (seven psychic circles) and the evolution of soul; morontial phenomenon – morontial order of existence) there comes into being a new creation.

This metamorphosis of the human creature into a being of a higher order is the plan of ascension, the continuation of life’s journey which was once initaited on a revolving planet as a being of animal origin . We were designed to be  encircuited to the spiritual realms of the universe, a plan that allows us to transcend unlike any other animal creature on Earth for future existence in another conscious body form.

Yes indeed, the master plan of paradise ascension is a reality….

The sum total of personality realization on a material world is contained within the successive conquest of the seven psychic circles of mortal potentiality.

It is difficult precisely to define the seven levels of human progression, for the reason that these levels are personal; they are variable for each individual and are apparently determined by the growth capacity of each human being. The conquest of these levels of cosmic evolution is reflected in three ways: 

1. Adjuster attunement.

The spiritizing mind nears the Adjuster presence proportional to circle attainment.

2. Soul evolution. The emergence of the morontia soul indicates the extent and depth of circle mastery.

3. Personality reality. The degree of selfhood reality is directly determined by circle conquest. Persons become more real as they ascend from the seventh to the first level of mortal existence.

As the circles are traversed, the child of material evolution is growing into the mature human of immortal potentiality

The shadowy reality of the embryonic nature of a seventh circler is giving way to the clearer manifestation of the emerging morontia nature of a local universe citizen. While it is impossible precisely to define the

seven levels, or psychic circles, of human growth, it is permissible to suggest the minimum and maximum limits of these stages of maturity realization…
